KRISTEN & ELLIOT | PIEDMONT CLUB WEDDING | HAYMARKET, VA

Kristen and Elliot tied the knot at the Piedmont Club in Haymarket on a beautiful October day! Kristen is one of those people who immediately makes you feel comfortable! I remember meeting her at their engagement session at Stone Tower Winery last year and I already felt like I knew her! Their engagement session was a breeze and so was their wedding! Kristen and Elliot were both so relaxed and EXCITED to be celebrating with their friends and family at the Piedmont Club. I was greeted with a big hug and huge smile by Kristen when I arrived and the rest of the day went off without a hitch! Kristen and Elliot shared a first look, took photos with their bridal party, and even took their family formals before the ceremony! They enjoyed cocktail hour on the back patio with all of their friends and danced the night away during the reception! Kristen and Elliot included their dog into their day by including a dog on their cake topper and offering dog treats as party favors for their guests furry friends! I was able to twist Elliot’s arm (jokingly of course) into stepping out for a “few” more photos during golden hour – which came out so beautiful! Golden hour goodness! (Not pictured.. me squatting so the bushes block out the parking lot in the background!) Even golden hour is pretty in black and white – so dreamy! The best man, Bubba, told me about his plan earlier that day. When he got up to give his speech, he said he was going to have everyone stand up and raise their arms… so if he blew his speech – it still looked like he got a standing ovation… SO FUNNY!
