I can’t believe Meredith and Mike flew all the way over from Seattle to shoot their engagement session with me! Meredith fell in love with the Old Town Alexandria charm when she used to visit her Grandmother and decided it was the perfect place, close to family, to get married. I was impressed that she and Mike were able to squeeze in a trip to Virginia because they’re both finishing up residency and working long hours and days! I joked that they brought rain from Seattle to Virginia. They were troopers with the cloud coverage and rain here and there… we hid underneath a tree, along the side of a building, and in-between the columns of the Athenaeum.
This cobblestone street never gets old… sorry to the people who live on this street because I’ll most likely be back later this month 🙂
We hid from the rain in-between these pretty pink columns from the Athenaeum… well they hid from the rain and I took photos standing under a tree in the rain… haha!
