7 WAYS TO DISPLAY YOUR SEATING CHART

2There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to do these kinds of things… some people have a “free for all” while others like to “organize” their guests with a seating chart. I’ve seen escort cards and other clever ways to display who sits where! Here are 7 ways to display your seating chart that I’ve seen lately!

  1. Delaney and TJ used these cute frames with tags for their guests. It doubled as a “guest book” too! They had a disposable camera for their guests to use and hang a photo in place of their name card.Barry-Wedding-98_WEBBarry-Wedding-512_WEB2. Caley and Brandon had their escort cards displayed on a table. The clever part – the escort card also featured their guest’s meal choice which helped the wait staff know which dish to give them.

Lora and Kyle’s seating chart was located on a DIY picture frame display! Love that floral paper from Rifle Paper Co.VolantWedding-5015. Julie and Matt’s escort donuts from District Donut were a huge hit! Sweet surprise!JMM-Wedding-433_WEB6. This mirror reflected Karoline and Bjorn’s seating chart. (I’m so pun-ny).
