48 Fields Farm was perfect for this week’s family session! It’s been a long time since I’ve photographer a family session and I had a great time! Dan reached out to me last Fall for a session with his wife and son BUT due to November being super cold last year and their son getting sick… we decided to postpone! We originally talked about shooting in the spring but of course, it got away from both of us and we FINALLY got the chance to coordinate a date for this Fall! It took a little while for Luke to warm up to me but I let him explore around the farm before we really started taking photos! I liked capturing Luke exploring and looking for squirrels, which are his favorite animals. At the end of the session I asked him what his favorite part was about the session, the field, the barn, or the swing… and he responded “the squirrels.” Haha!!

When I asked Luke if he could sit for a few photos he said sure and then made this face… haha
But then he gave us a good smile and looked super cute!
