MAURA & MARK | LIBBY HILL ENGAGEMENT | RICHMOND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

I met Maura and Mark at their home to take photos with Margarita and Miguel (the dogs!) before heading over to Libby Hill for engagement photos! Hanging out with these two was so natural! It felt like I’d known them for years – which is such a nice feeling!! Both of them are so chill and relaxed and they knew they didn’t want a big show for their wedding. They’ll be tying the knot at Maymont this October with a relaxed reception at a local restaurant. Needless to say, I’ve been dying to shoot at Maymont – so I’m pretty pumped for that!

This is my second time shooting up at Libby Hill and what I love about it is that you can see the city to the right and the river to the left!
Sun or headlight? Love this one!!! I started getting nervous because I saw rain clouds in the distance even though the weather app didn’t say ANYTHING about rain clouds!! We kept seeing lightning! As SOON as I got in the car to drive home, it started pouring rain!
