JEAN & MATT | LINCOLN MEMORIAL ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I had the pleasure of photographing Jean and Matt during that crazy heat wave we had in DC/VA a few weeks ago! From the DC War Memorial to the Lincoln Memorial these two kept it cool. It was SOOOO hot but you’d never know it based on looking at these photos! Meeting Jean and Matt was like meeting up with old friends. We kept the sarcastic banter up throughout the whole session which kept us laughing despite how sweaty we all were ahaha! I also loved watching Jean and Matt interact with each other. Matt couldn’t stop complimenting his beautiful bride to be and I thought was was incredibly sweet! “Jean, you look hot!” Hot and sweaty? or Hot and beautiful? Honestly, probably both! Haha.

When you prompt Matt to run up and tickle Jean but the reaction is a little aggressive and not as cute as you imagined hahahaha    Anything more epic than these giant columns and a monument all to ourselves!? Matt our protector… so many squirrels that wanted to be in our photos!  Perfect twirly dress! This hot pink is like BAM!!!  Laughing because something is funny or laughing because it’s hot?   I could shoot between the Lincoln Memorial columns all day!  Ooooo steamy!Just trying to get a cool shot with the Cap without getting run over by cyclists!  This is the “YAY – we’re done” photo!
